Talk Title: A Data-driven based multi-objective distributionally robust optimization model for forest fire aviation rescue network design

Dr. Qiuhong Zhao is the Tenured Professor at School of Economics and Management, Beihang University, Beijing, China. She is the Standing Director of Logistics Society of China and the Chairman of Committee, Specialized Committee on Emergency Management, Systems Engineering Society of China. Her research interests are Evaluation and Optimization of Complex System, Metaheuristic Methods in Combinatorial and Global Optimization, Supply Chain and logistics Management, Location, Transportation, Inventory, Risk and Analysis and Emergency Management. She has led over thirty research projects, including key projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc., and has published nearly 200 academic papers in well-known academic journals and conferences both domestically and internationally. She has published over ten books/book chapters in related research fields. She serves as the Associate Editor or Guest Editor or member of Editorial Board for some journals. She has won some honors and awards, including “Second-grade Best Paper Award” by Logistics Society of China, and "the 33rd Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award of Shandong Province, China", etc.
